Full Planning
Give us the Pinterest board and the date. We’ll take it from there. From venue scouting and design direction to vendor sourcing and budget management, we handle every detail start to finish. You show up, feel taken care of, and actually enjoy being engaged.
Best for: Busy professionals, design lovers, out-of-towners, and anyone who wants total support and zero chaos.
Partial Planning
You’ve started strong, booked key vendors, and have a vision; you just don’t want to carry it alone. We step in to connect the dots, refine the aesthetic, advise on vendors, and guide logistics while you stay involved in the big decisions.
Best for: Design-driven couples who want help shaping and managing their plan and not handing them off completely.
Final Details Coordination
You’ve planned it. We make it happen. We step in two months before the wedding to confirm what you’ve already built: timeline, vendors, rehearsal, and execution. You keep control of the planning. We handle the logistics so you can actually be present instead of putting out fires.
Best for: Couples who handled the planning and just need a pro to run the day not re-plan it.

That said, we do have a few add-ons that might come up depending on your needs like an extra assistant for heavy decor setups, or travel fees for venues outside the St. Louis metro. If something's going to cost more, you’ll always know before it hits your invoice.

Partial Planning is perfect for couples who’ve booked a venue and maybe a few vendors but want help refining the design, filling in the gaps, and keeping things on track. You’re still leading the charge, and we’re your creative partner and logistics pro.
Full Planning? That’s the all-in package. We handle everything: vendors, budget, design, timelines, guest experience. It’s ideal for couples who want the full vision executed from start to finish without the stress.

Sort of! We don’t do à la carte services, but we do work with you to make sure your package fits what you actually need. That might mean adding extra staffing, travel days, or helping you figure out which level of service fits your wedding best. We’ll talk through it all during your consult and build a proposal that makes sense.

Yes! While we’re based in St. Louis, we’re available for weddings in Chicago and other destinations. Dreaming of a mountain wedding or something non-traditional? Say less. We’ll handle travel logistics and create a plan that works whether we’re driving or flying.

We get asked this a lot and the short answer is no. “Day-of” coordination isn’t really a thing (trust us, it takes more than one day to run a wedding). What you’re looking for is Final Details Coordination our version of coordination that starts 60 days out. That gives us time to get up to speed, finalize your timeline, and make sure the day actually runs smoothly. Anything less than that, and we’re just setting everyone up to scramble.
