Your final quote will be tailored to your vibe, your vision, and how much hands-on help you want. After a consult, we’ll build a custom proposal that skips the fluff and gets straight to the good stuff.

Full Planning
This is for the couple who wants to hand over the clipboard and walk into their wedding like a guest. From venue scouting to design concepts, vendor wrangling to budget breakdowns. We’re with you from first idea to final dance managing every detail, design, and deadline. You get unlimited access, intentional design, and none of the stress.
Best for: Busy professionals, design lovers, out-of-towners, and anyone who wants to skip the wedding planning spiral.
Partial Planning
You’ve booked a few vendors, pinned the mood board, and know what you want… mostly. We jump in to connect the dots, refine the design, recommend the right creative partners, and make sure everything flows. It’s your vision, with our strategy and structure to bring it to life.
Best for: Creative couples who want to stay involved but know when to tag in a pro.
Event Management
You’ve done the work — now you need someone to protect it. We step in three months out to lock down your timeline, manage your vendors, run your rehearsal, and make sure your wedding day unfolds without chaos. So you’re not juggling vendor calls while trying to soak in the moment.
Best for: Type-A lovers, spreadsheet experts, or anyone who’s planned their day but wants a pro to pull it off

No shady surprises here. Everything we offer is upfront and clearly laid out in your proposal. That said, we do have a few add-ons that might come up depending on your needs like an extra assistant for heavy decor setups, or travel fees for venues outside the St. Louis metro. If something's going to cost more, you’ll always know before it hits your invoice.

Partial Planning is perfect for couples who’ve booked a venue and maybe a few vendors but want help refining the design, filling in the gaps, and keeping things on track. You’re still leading the charge, and we’re your creative partner and logistics pro.
Full Planning? That’s the all-in package. We handle everything: vendors, budget, design, timelines, guest experience. It’s ideal for couples who want the full vision executed from start to finish without the stress.

Sort of! We don’t do à la carte services, but we do work with you to make sure your package fits what you actually need. That might mean adding extra staffing, travel days, or helping you figure out which level of service fits your wedding best. We’ll talk through it all during your consult and build a proposal that makes sense.

Yes! While we’re based in St. Louis, we’re available for weddings in Chicago and other destinations. Dreaming of a mountain wedding or something non-traditional? Say less. We’ll handle travel logistics and create a plan that works whether we’re driving or flying.

We get asked this a lot and the short answer is no. “Day-of” coordination isn’t really a thing (trust us, it takes more than one day to run a wedding). What you’re looking for is Event Management our version of coordination that starts 3 months out. That gives us time to get up to speed, finalize your timeline, and make sure the day actually runs smoothly. Anything less than that, and we’re just setting everyone up to scramble.
