Meet the Planner Behind the Party
Hi! I’m Ashley — founder of AJcoordinates, wedding planner, creative, and your go-to for keeping it real during one of the most important seasons of your life.
I got my start planning dinner parties and themed nights with friends, which somehow turned into helping friends with their weddings during COVID. That turned into a business, and now I get to do what I love: creating unforgettable celebrations for couples who want their day to feel deeply personal and wildly fun.
I’m all about honesty, intention, and building genuine relationships. You’ll find me cheering you on for the bold ideas and gently steering you away from the ones that might not serve your vision. I’m loud in the best way (advocacy is my love language), but also laid-back and deeply invested in making sure your wedding feels effortless and true to you.
Outside weddings, I’m a book nerd (ACOTAR, true crime, and biographies), sand volleyball player, mom of three, and Bravo TV fan. I’m also a proud biracial woman and LGBTQ+ ally, and I bring that lens of inclusion and celebration into everything I do.
